Each client is treated as an individual and from the initial enquiry you will be assigned to one member of staff to look after your needs. This ensures continuity, that your itinery is planned to your exact requirements and even while you are away the same member of staff looks after you by eithe accompanying you on the trip or by giving you a 24 hour back up assistence should you require it from our office.
